Rental Application
The Rental Application will be used to verify all of your
personal information. This information is then compared to the
standards required to lease the property.
Prior to submitting your application, you must review the lease
you will be signing.
Rental Application On Line
You can get a head start on the paperwork by submitting your
application on line. However, please remember you still need to
visit the offices of Ed Baur Management to officially sign the
document as well as pay the application fee and the holding deposit.
Residential Dwelling Lease Agreement
A Lease for Single Family Homes, 2 Family Homes, Condominiums, Cooperatives,
Apartment or a Unit in a Multi-Family Rental Housing (other than a duplex).
This lease is also used for mobile homes. Please note the Addendums included
with the lease.
Pet Agreement
If a pet is going to reside on the property, this form must
be part of the lease. All the rules and expectations are
covered to avoid any misunderstandings.
Unconditional and
Continuing Guaranty
If someone else than the residing tenant is guaranteeing the
payment of the rent, this addendum to the lease will be
necessary. It will be part of the lease.
Paint Disclosure Information and Forms
If the property you will be renting was built before 1978,
the U.S. Government requires that certain information be
given to you regarding the dangers of lead paint. Please
