	Copies of the forms necessary to complete the move-in and move-out process are available here. The Resident Guide and Operating Policy Manual assists you in answering the day to day questions that occur during your rental period. You may print it out or make it a favorite in your browser program. For your convenience, all forms can be printed by clicking the "Print" button or by the "PDF Print" button. The PDF Print button uses the Adobe Acrobat Reader PDF print format. The Adobe Acrobat Print format requires a free Adobe Acrobat Reader program to view or print the forms. You may download the Reader here. If you do not wish to use the PDF Print format, just use the Print button and all forms will print just fine. Move In Form provides you with a copy of the form to indicate the condition of the property when you first move in. This is an important form to be sure is mailed to the office because it is used to determine any deductions from your security deposit at move out. Also, if any repairs are necessary when you move in, this form will assist Ed Baur Management to get the repairs scheduled. This form will assist in understanding what is required to have the security deposit returned after move out.
