	Current Tenants, we want to be sure that we are available to answer your questions. As a new tenant you have ten days to fill out and return the Move In Condition form. This form will be consulted when you move out to determine the refund of your security deposit. You are moving into a clean and functional rental and when you move out the unit needs to be in comparable condition. A Move Out Information Form is also provided. When you signed your lease you received our "New Resident Guide and Operating Policy booklet". We have tried to provide you with all the important information relative to your rental. Please, look through this booklet for information about your tenancy. For example, the booklet tells you about utilities sign up and cable TV; it tells you about security and safety considerations, and it gives you information about emergency procedures. If you have suggestions or questions, you can submit them through this web site. All the necessary information to communicate with the various departments is here. And there is a repair form that can be used to electronically notify the office of necessary maintanence on your property.
