TENANT(S) agrees this contract pertains only to the above described pet(s) and no additions nor substitutions are allowed.

TENANT(S) agrees to pay a Pet Fee of $______ prior to move in. This fee is NOT REFUNDED even if the pet(s) leave the property during the lease period. This fee may be used to have the carpets professionally cleaned and to spray for fleas, if necessary.

TENANT(S) agrees to pay a $10.00 per month per pet additional rent for the duration of tenancy in the premises. Monthly pet rent is $_____. Total monthly rent (rent + pet rent) is $______.
TENANT(S) understand and agrees that being allowed to keep a pet(s) will NOT change the LANDLORD'S acceptable standards of wear and tear to the property.

TENANT(S) agrees that the Pet Fee is not a deposit for any damages caused by, or relating to, the keeping of a pet(s).

TENANT(S) is responsible for any damage to the property, or to other tenants, or to other tenants' property caused by the pet(s).

TENANT(S) must be in control of the pet at all times. Pets may not be left tied up in any common area such as walkways, stairwells, or porches if this lease is for multiple resident dwelling.

TENANT(S) will not allow the pet to interfere with any other tenant's use or enjoyment of the premises.

This Pet Agreement becomes part of the Lease Agreement between parties once it is signed.
