PLEASE NOTE: This is a DRIVE BY
VIEWING LIST. Do not go to the door or look into
windows. If you want to see a property, make an appointment
with one of our leasing agents. To save you time, call the
agent AFTER you have driven by a property
that you like.
This list of available properties is CONSTANTLY
changing. We try to keep the list current but sometimes
a rental will be leased and still be on the list. Therefore,
this list should NOT be considered a guarantee that
all presented properties are available when you receive this
list.
Review the list, mark the properties that you would like to
see, and drive by the properties. If you find something
you like, make an appointment to see it with one of our leasing
agents. If after seeing the unit if you would like to lease
it, our leasing agent will take an application and credit
application fees ($40.00 for individual or husband and wife,
$40.00 for each additional person on the lease). Upon
acceptance of your application, we will write the lease.
You will sign it and make the agreed upon payment. We will
welcome you as an Ed Baur Managed property Tenant and we hope
that your stay will be long and happy! |

your leasing agent for details. Where pets are allowed there
is a nonrefundable pet fee and monthly pet rent. |
