All forms are available to be printed. After printing the
forms, fill in the necessary information on the forms
completely (some forms are required to be notorized),
mail the forms to Ed Baur Management and
your property will enjoy the advantages of Ed
Baur Management's services.

There are four documents necessary to place your property
under the Ed Baur Management, Inc. umbrella. These
documents include the
Management Agreement Form, the
Power of Attorney Form,
and the IRS W-9 Form, and
the HUD Paint
Disclosure Form.
For your convenience, most of the forms used by Ed Baur
Management can be printed by clicking the "Print"
button or all the forms can be printed using the
"PDF Print" button. The PDF Print button uses
the Adobe Acrobat Reader PDF print format.
The Adobe Acrobat Print format requires a free Adobe Acrobat
Reader program to view or print the forms.
You may download the Reader here.
If you do not wish to use the PDF Print format, just use the
Print button and most forms will print just fine. Due to
the graphics nature of the IRS W-9 Form, and the HUD
Paint Disclosure Form, they are only available using the
